I had a bit of trouble with my C2 (2005) - the manual said to press buttons that the display didn't have. If it's the same as mine it looks like you need to set it through the radio. Press the menu button then use the arrow buttons to select 'display adjust' and scroll through until you get to hours/minutes, using the arrows again to set. Then press OK to confirm settings.
