i took my citroen xantia for mot to day . it fail. steering rack gaiter split. guy who did mot told you can not replace the gaiter it will need new steering rack. can you replace with out having to have a new rack. i rang a guy who deal with citroen say you can replace it . he say guy who did mot is trying to rip you off
