  1. Mines better than that, the drivers window goes up by itself when the windscreen wipers are on. Not good when having a ciggie
  2. Hi, and thanks for all your thoughts and replies guys,I have a day off work tomorow so will be looking into my mpg fiasco and will hopefully get it fixed! I have had another thought which may or may not be of any relevance, but i did replace the crankshaft pulley a week after buying the c5. Is there anything i could have done wrong when fitting it to cause my sluggishness and low mpg? To be honest when i took it for a test drive i cant remember it being like that otherwise i would have probably walked away from it. Thanks J
  3. Hi all,im hoping someone may be able to shed some light on my fuel consumption. Im getting around 32.3mpg on a run. I have just done 670 miles over the weekend and a good 650 were motorway and 'A' road miles. I also splashed out £130 in diesel! Im driving a 51 plate 2.2 auto exclusive. In the past couple of weeks it has had a new oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, one new diesel injector, new intercooler,DPF Regen, new Maf sensor and some of the good old diesel additives. It was all trouble free motoring and drove like a dream with the exception of slow pulling away from a standing start. There are no fault lights on and i must admit i am now at a loss! Any help would be very much apreciated Thanks in advance Jon
  4. Hi all,im desperatley looking for a wiring diagram for my C5 2.2 HDI auto. Ive been given a couple of links but none of them work now. Any ideas???? Reguards Jon
  5. Just to add, dont have any fault codes, and all suspension lights are working on the instrument panel and dashboard.
  6. Hi guys, newbie here but been a citroen owner for a few years! Please bare with me as my mechanical know how is limited so i will explain as best as i can. Ive had a nightmare 2 weeks, all starting from putting my car up on a ramp. When lowering my c5 the back stayed up but the front would go up and down. Unfortunatley i managed to burn my suspension pump out together with blowing the 40amp maxi fuse. After reading different articles on here and elsewhere i got another ( working pump ) and went through the motions of pressurising the system again,up and down on the suspension settings and turning the steering. Started the engine and hey presto....nothing! No power to my pump. Ive checked contnuity and power from different wires in different areas but am really at a lose end now. Im stumped! I could really do with a wiring diagram so i can see where ive been and where im going to go. Is there one i can download anywhere? Or anyone close to where i live whos knows more than me or maybe even owns a c5 so i can compare wiring? Many thanks in advance Jon
