  1. Been nearly a year since we parted with our C4 VTS how are you all doing with your cars our new car has run trouble free hope i haven`t put a curse on it now
  2. none in yorkshire, kids wanted a day off school!!! :D

  4. No idea seams to be the standard words for citroen service!!!
  5. guess what ?car back at home now main dealer miss diagnoised fault ordered part which took 3 weeks ,was wrong part ,then ordered another part which came over night and we have got our car back now!!!!BUT it`s still not right,break peddle goes nearly to floor. If this is main citroen dealer service you can stick it !!!! may even pay and take it to an independant garage and try our luck, so much for 3 years warranty !!!! :o
  6. guess what citroen dealership have ordered wrong part for our car so it is still in garage !!!! come on citroen !!!!! :blink:

  10. citroen uk were no better,told them we`d been driving around in a car with no breaks and a bad oil leak from new for 3 months banging our heads against the wall trying to convince dealer we had a major problem with our new car. He said we were expecting too much from the breaks and were comparing it with our 2.0 litre HDI belingo and this one is only a 1.6 HDI.Then on Friday we called in at Citroen Harrogate and they took car off road and said it was not safe to drive. The parts are now on back order from citroen uk estimated 4 weeks DUTTON FORSHAW refused to lend us a loan car and said they were not obilged. Rang citroen uk and they were not only unhelpful and not interested , but also very rude!!!!!!!!!!! :blink: :lol: :huh:

  12. our berlingo multispace 06 has been into our local citroen garage 3 times for poor breaks they have told us there is nothing wrong with it !!!!! load of rubbish,waffle waffle. The breaks failed on Friday.We had to take it to another Citroen dealer nearby, they told us it was unsafe to use it.We are now waiting 4 weeks yes 4 weeks for a part this vehicle is used for our work everyday. They can`t even lend us a car. We are still waiting for an indicator part for our C4 that was sold 3 weeks ago. I THINK I WOULD GET BETTER SERVICE AT A BACK STREET GARAGE!!! RUDE,RUBBISH DEALER AWARD GOES TO OUR LOCAL CITROEN DEALER. :blink: :lol: :huh: :huh: :D :( :( :( :(
  13. just one thing we had JBL in our C4 it wasn`t swicthed on it had to be turned on by the dealer on the diag machine after that the sound was fantastic loads of crisp base would be worth checking first before upgrade.
  14. under bonnet left hand side as you look at car remove sound proofing it held with plastic poppers its behind there. I think all C4 have them
  15. we also had a sensor replaced
