  1. Does anyone use a Dog/Luggage Guard mesh type thing in order to make maximum use of the height packing potential of the Blingo? If so any recommendations as to which might fit. The modutop seems to be a potential problem as to where it can fit Thanks
  2. Any body know where to get a luggage net for the blingo ( apart from citroen of course as I suspect they'll charge a large amount) Still loving the car. First service due next week.
  3. Had our first long journey in our new 1.6i desire. Great on the motorway, feeling both faster and more secure than our old picasso. Great economy on the 450 mile round trip. Unfortunately we had a puncture and didn't realise for about tweny minutes: so it runs well even on 3 wheels! (£50 for a new tyre; not bad) Only one concern so far is that we've noticed some hairline cracks above the hinged door of the rear right locker of the modutop. Anyone else had this? We shall have to get the dealer to look at this before too long. Hope this won't mean a whole new modutop! :D Great car!!
  4. It acts as the hinge for the drop down compartment that is accessed from the boot. Aaha!!! Thanks A Little disappointed; thought it was a gadget I'd missed.
  5. Not sure where all those replies went But, as of yesterday got the car (1.6 Desire Silver) Very happy so far. Got some not bad fitted mats (new) off Ebay for it for £20.00. Love the colour, love the car. feels nothing like a van to drive, (only if compared to a Ferrari I suppose.) Already been in a multi storey and still have a roof. Thanks for all the feed back on that subject. What's the white (metal?) bar that's recessed into the roof over the back seats? lovely, fun, good value motoring ahead.
  6. Thanks! What a friendly bunch you all are. While we're not on the subject, anyone got favourite colour for the berlingo we're probably going for Iron Grey
  7. Thanks for the reassurance Our picasso always did get blown around a bit on a windy day on the motorway,( maybe just my driving) is the berlingo worse in this respect because of the height? :
  8. Looking forward to delivery of our new Berlingo 1.6 Hdi next month! (Upgrading from a picasso!) From all i've seen and read it seems to be a very tall vehicle, taller than say a ford galaxy and such like large people carriers. Has anyone found this to be a problem, say when going into low multistorey car parks? from memory i think the brochure gives the height as 1810mm. Only a range rover seems taller!
