Recently purchased a 2009 C5 Tourer with MYWAY entertainment/SatNav system. Problem is that it is not possible save anything to the address book. If you enter any details about a destination or phone contact the system says "Please Wait" but nothing happens. If I press ESC the system says "Unsaved Data. Do I want to save it". Say yes and "Please wait" re-appears. I once waited two hours during a long drive home but nothing was saved. Also the call list in the phone option is always greyed out no matter how many calls I have made or received via bluetooth option. I therefore have to enter the number every time if I want to make a call. The satnav function does save the last entered destination in the last 20 destinations but nothing to address book. I have tried re-booting the system (Setup 1-2-3) but no difference. Am I missing something or is the system faulty (or even not have that option available on my model)? Don't want to go to dealer if there is a simple fix.
