Hi I am new to this forum, I have a C5 EX SE 2.2 and the positive lead to the battery was disconnected by mistake and the satnav lost it's configuration, I have booked it in to my local main dealer who said they cannot update the ecu's, I feel this is wrong because once they have connected Diagbox it offers internet up date and that is not just to update the Diagbox software, Citroen keep the main ECU files on their server. I am told the ECU's are security coded which is I feel is wrong considering you require your code card to write to the ECU, otherwise Snap-on equipment would not communicate with the ECU
