Have ordered a lexia 3 system, but what am I looking for when it arrives?

I'm in Southwick near Brighton, is the Maf sensor likely to have any effect?

I will do the leak off tomorrow basically a bottle from the injector return pipe right? What am I supposed to be looking at in the live data? Thanks Carl

I have run the diagnostic computer and it doesn't show any fault codes, i've unplugged the two little pipes from under the egr valve and now she revs fine but there is still the smoke. Ive also removed the air filter all together with no avail :(

Hello, I am hoping someone here can help as I drawing a blank. I have a non turbo 2004 Diesel Berlingo, It's failing to rev above 2000, and bellowing out thick black sooty smoke. I know this is due to not enough air in the fuel mix. So far I have blanked off the egr pipe, and disconnected the exhaust but it is still blowing thick smoke and failing to rev. Any help is much appreciated. Carl
