Well it's been done, the fap has been sorted and the ecu has been remapped :) Wow what a difference it has made so much more torque low end and the acceleration is much more improved, now I need to see the MPG

My depollution warning has just popped up on mine 1.6HDI 122000 miles on the clock full service history with paperwork but nothing even mentioned it's ever had anything changed concerning the fap dpf so I have bitten the bullet and booked it into fast road conversions this Friday so it can be removed £600 ouch lol. They will remove the filter and refit it and remap the ecu removing any trace of it, I'm hoping with the claims I should get a better MPG and a bit more torque low end :)
