just checked the horn on the battery and that is working fine.

I went to the car just now to have another look at it and now the outer locks won't even work so now i can not get into the boot at all. then i thought i would try the roof and that now only goes back a little bit (like a sunroof) and then struggles to get back in the closed position. The horn is still not working and i will check it with the 12v battery today. Is there any chance that all of these problems are connected or have i just had three different things go wrong. Any help would be great Lloyd

Hi Thomasroblot, Thank you for your reply. Your english is very good much better than my french. I tried the method you described and nothing happened. i could not hear the motor you described. What else would you advise? All the best Lloyd

thanks guys, I have opened and closed the roof a few times to check it. It looks like i will have to chase the wires to make sure i am not missing something obvious. Do you have link to the citroen webpage to look at the diagram? On another note the horn has just stopped working. any advice on common faults with that? Cheers Lloyd

yes it has a folding roof which works fine. the mechanism that controls this is next to the middle lock (the round sliver thing in the picture). The boot is open in the picture but when i close it usually the magnet engages and then the outer (traditional) latches engage. Now nothing happens when i close it. I know the latches still work as they are controlled by the boot button. they can still be activated if i push down on the boot to close it. also if i manually flip the latches across they still pop open when i use the boot lock.

i have also checked that all the windows work and the roof goes all the way back

Hi guys thanks for the input, It is a pluriel so doesn't have a traditional boot. i have attached a picture. I just tired resetting the BSI and nothing happened. The two locks in the red are working and it is the middle one in the green that is not working. hello everybody first post, the boot in my girlfriends car wouldn't open the other day so she decided to push it from the inside to open it (which worked) but now it won't lock. The two catches work on the outer parts of the boot but the electro switch seems to be in the locked position. also if anyone could please explain how the middle boot lock works Any help would be great, if you need any more info let me know Thanks Lloyd
