  1. Thank you. That is really useful. As you say not very meaningful to us, but at least I have something to take to my friendly mechanic who will understand it.
  2. Hello, I have had an ongoing issue with excessive tyre wear so was wondering if anyone had any thoughts. I have a 2009 C5 VTR+ which has 215/60/16/H tyres which seem to wear out quickly, particularly on the passenger side. I have had numerous tracking adjustments made and finally had a computerised 4 wheel tracking check done (as attached), which the garage suggested I take to Citroen, which I did. I was surprised when Citroen were happy with the results and the only suggestion they had was to put on the suggested tyre for this car - Michelin Energy Saver Tyres. I currently have Pirelli's on the front, Goodyears on the back and don't see what difference having Michelins would make. So, if there are any tracking guru's out there, I would appreciate your help. The car has not been in an accident and I know some of the adjustments cannot be made. Many thanks, in advance, for any assistance. C5 tracking.pdf
  3. Hello, As the title says, I own a C5 (2009 model), 1.6hdi VTR+ saloon. I love my C5. Amazing power and economy for such a big car. Prior I had a C4 VTR+ petrol which was great too. I had always wanted a Citroen since my Dad had a number of CX's starting when they first came out, including a GTi turbo. They always fascinated me with their quirkiness. I have had the C5 for 2 years and have had a few problems: Burnt out front window actuators Faulty EGR valve Aircon leak from condenser Thankfully, all fixed under warranty. I have a continuing issue with tracking, but I'll post about that in another post. Despite these issues, I love my car. I have added a Dension Pro BT to the RD4 radio to give me Bluetooth and USB/iPod support - thoroughly recommended. Glad to find a C5 forum :)
