B*GGER!!!!!! LOL - I suppose it could have been worse - 20K difference isn't too big a deal - and he's got service history and NOT certs to back the proper mileage up to the point it was changed accidentally if he needs to sell it! Cheers anyway!

Ok, this is a strange one but I'll do my best not to confuse everyone. My dad has two C5's - one of which is an estate, now, the estate has had an airbag light problem for a while which we have tried loads of things with - the diagnostic tests say that it's the steering wheel squib - but we have replaced this and re-set the ECU and it's still there, anyway in the neverending quest to rid the air bag light we decided to see if the airbag light would stay on if we put the entire dash in the other C5 - UNFORTUNATELY, now both C5's read the same mileage (the higher of the two (adding about 20K to the other model) obviously it's some sort of anti-fraud thing but is there any way I can get this reset?? and also any ideas regarding the airbag will be greatly received too!!! Have fitted a witter tow bar to 2002 (52) C5 saloon and gone to put electrics in and not bought any special kit or anything just connecting wire together - oops though - dur - connected two brake light wires together thinking they needed to go to the towbar together and now the right hand side rear light cluster isn't working properly - th eonly thing that is still working is the indicator - anyone know what i need to do to get it working again - it's not the bulbs cos I have checked them and everything else seems to be working fine!! cheers, Lindsay
