  1. Forgot the link :
  2. I found the video now. It was spanish, not russian! Look at 6:46 and you will see the nice dashboard light.
  3. No, I saw it in a russian (i think) review video on youtube. They said it looked very BMW-ish, and that it can be turned on and off by a button just beside the "check" button beside the steering wheel. I'll se if I can find the video clip.
  4. Ok, it gives me a little comfort to hear that you have the same problem (although it´s not a problem for you ;-)) I also have the 2 lights in the roof and the door handles, very cosy. But I don´t have the light above the glove box. Maybe it´s different for different countrys.
  5. Now that's the kind of answer I was looking for! Maybe that is also why my car doesn't have that nice looking orange ambient light above the glove box that Citroen bragged about in the catalogue? Anyway, I will contact my dealer to (hopefully) get this seat memory problem solved. Thank you!
  6. Yes it is canbus...
  7. But why would I program the seat to be in a position where I can not reach the pedals..? I have of course programmed the button to memorise the perfect settings for me, and like it says in the instructions, the button is supposed to be pressed down for a little while so one can not recall it by mistake.
  8. Aha, I understand that qman3428 ;-) Thank you, paul.h, nice to be on the forum :-) I still think it´s strange, because I bought the car all new just a week ago, and the handbook that comes with my car should be the newest one, don´t you think? Could it be that they can activate this function at the dealer maybe? It is pretty useless if I have to pull over and park everytime I want to recall my memorised settings. :P Anyway, thank you for your answers!
  9. Hm, no, it can´t be that way... This is what the instructions says: (This is copied from the English version, but the Swedish manual says exactly the same) Recall of a memorised driving position: Vehicle stationary (ignition on or engine running) Press briefly on button 1 or 2 to recall the corresponding memorised position. The completion of the adjustments is confirmed by a sound signal. Vehicle in motion: Keep button 1 or 2 pressed down to recall the corresponding memorised position. Can they really give that wrong instructions to people? This was an important thing to me, as I used it really often in my Skoda... :(
  10. Hello! I have a new C5 HDI200 Tourer and wanted to change the number plate bulbs to led:s with xenon-look. I bought a pair of canbus leds, so the car wouldn´t indicate that something is wrong with the lights. I changed one bulb to the new led, it lit up for a couple of seconds, and then it was all black. I changed back to the old original bulbs, and they didn´t work. So I thought that I had damaged something on my new car! But after I had shut the engine on and off, and also the lights a couple of times, the bulbs worked again. So i didn´t bother to continue with the project that night. Somebody know what´s wrong with this picture..? I have read on different forums that others have managed to change their number plate bulbs to white leds... :( /André, Sweden
  11. Hello! I just bought a C5 HDI200 Tourer -13 with electric seats and memory for the driver´s seat. According to the manual, I should be able to recall my favourite position with a simple push at button 1 (which I dedicated for my settings, and number 2 for my wife) when the vehicle is stationary. That works fine. But when I am driving, for example on the highway, and I find out that someone (my wife) has changed the settings, I should be able to long press button 1 to recall my settings. That was the thing with my Skoda Superb that I traded for the C5 and it worked like a charm. But in the C5 it doesn´t work! Nothing happens, no matter how long I press button 1 (or 2 for that sakes). Does anybode else have this problem? Please tell me if I have missed something here. / André, Sweden
