  1. Hi, I have a 2003 C5 estate, the spare tyre has never been used it is 205 65 R15 H94 Michelin energy. This week my wife got a puncture very near home.I put the spare on went to the tyre man and he said the tyre cannot be repaired, all the rest of the tyres are Hanook 215 55 R16, I messured the diameter of the rims and they are all 17 inch except the spare which is 16 inch, so my question is can I use the new spare and what tyres should I buy?
  2. Hi, well my wife took it to our mechanic and it turned out to be the heater fan, he replaced it for 3100 dkr here in Denmark and all seems to be working normally again. thanks for all the help.
  3. Its a 2003 C5 petrol automatic. Warm air is coming into the car as you drive along but the fan is not working at all on any setting, I looked on this web site and it appears its the resistor I went to a mechanic not Citroen who put a new resistor on and it made no difference so what else can it be? He put my resistor back on and did not charge me , nice man. he did not have time to go further but he said could be a fuse or the fan itself?
  4. Hi, I have a 2003 c5 petrol with climate control, the fan on the heater stopped working and I took it to the Citroen dealer who said without looking at the car that it probably needs a whole new heater at around £380 plus, so after spending a time checking out this forum it sounds as though its the heater resistor. well just changed that and still no fan? so what do I check next? the fuses in the car appear to be ok, do the fuses under the bonnet have anything to do with the heater fan, I just hope the Citroen dealer is wrong.
