Thanks, Tail lights are fine when hazards are on, tried cleaning the connections on the light also with no joy, just rang an auto electrician who said it will be the wiring and has quoted £60 - £80, does this sound reasonable? Cheers Mark

All other lights working, was sure it was going to be fuse, will check connections in the morning but it strange both going at same time Cheers Mark

Hi, can anyone give me some advice please, The 2 brake lights on our C3 have stopped working, the high level one is fine. I checked the fuse which was fine but replaced anyway, the bulbs are also fine. I had read about the brake sensor on the passenger footwell so have replaced that. Still we only have the light level one working. Can anyone recommend what to check next? Cheers Mark

Thanks for your replies, got a neighbour who knows about cars to check it out, straight away he said tyre pressures were wrong, in fact there were quite out, we put the correct pressure in and now no more screeching, he played about with the steering and as no knocking or clicking he says the rack is fine. Appreciate the replies and I will be sure not to visit that garage again. Cheers Mark

Hi, Just looking for a bit advice, we have a problem with the C3 mainly on the larger type roundabouts with the tyres screeching. There is a slight bit play in the passenger front wheel, nothing on driver side. Had it at the garage today and they have diagnosed it had a faulty steering rack that needs replaced. I'm awaiting a price but sounds expensive. Does this sound like a faulty rack as I thought it would just be wheel bearings. Any help would be appreciated Cheers Mark

didn't get any maintenance books with the car, rang Arnold Clark and they confirmed it had been serviced and mot'd with them the past 3 years but that's all the info they could give (client confidentiality apparently) best get it done to be on the safe side many thanks for your help Mark

Hi, just wondered if anyone has had a problem with water leaking onto the parcel shelf? I am getting a slight wet patch on the just off the centre but have been unable to locate where its coming from. Hi all, Just got a c3 1.4 xtr sensodrive. When changing from drive to reverse or reverse to drive it makes a bit of a clunking noise when engaging. It this normal. Cheers Mark
