Yup, exactly the same issue on my 2010 VTR+ nav 163. Delaer charged me £80 to "upgrade software". Made no difference.Upgraded it myself to Version R50, still no difference. Have just this week obtained a copy of satnav firmware version 8.31 which according to notes on one of the french sites fixes the problem but I can't work out how to load it! When I do I'll let you know!
