ok folks, went to try my 04 plate with the roof down today and came across a minor (hopefully) problem.. I turned on the ignition and slid down all the windows. next was operating the roof switch to the desired position and then pressing the button again to slide the roof down onto the screen I got the roof open fine and slid it back over the rear window. next procedure is to press the rear screen opening button and lift the screen/roof combo.. no response.. not even a click. tried pressing it from inside but again no joy and no click noise.. The screen button works fine when operating the button while the roofs up and closed or even partially open but not in the full back position.. Not having a wiring diagram or parts layout I have no idea where to go about tracing the fault.. Anyone have any insight into this?

I have the same, my r/h stalk end operates the radio functions.. I wonder if theres a way to retrofit the MPG readout as the average MPG function would be quite handy.. anyone know if its possible and if so whats needed?

is there life to the winder motors? can you hear them trying to run but the windows don't move? If so it may be a cable problem, ive just had this myself on the rear passenger side. turns out the cables had wound round the pulley wheel and got knotted together.. A replacement repair kit fitted it but it is a pain to do. Alan

hey all, recently picked up a 04 Pluriel (1.4) from a used car showroom.. Im not sure I have all the parts related to the roof and boot area, does anyone have a parts microfiche or exploded view drawing of the various parts? I was looking at trying the car with the rear window stored and c pillars off but noticed on the various youtube videos there seems to be a couple of dress panels that fir over the areas the rear of the pillars unclip from.. are these normally stored in the car or generally separate? I presume the bag for the C pillars was an optional extra? Im pretty sure there should be a upper rear parcel shelf, I don't seem to have one.. the lower one consists of two parts, is that correct? If no-one has a microfiche could someone kindly sent or post up some pictures so I can check for sure. liking this little motor btw, very nice :-) Thanks all.. Alan
