After finally getting my 1.9d 97 Dispatch up together I was pondering with the idea of changing the 5 sp gearbox for a later 6 sp. It seems that it could do with this for motorway driving. The engine is the old but reliable XUD. Has anyone done this or know whether this is possible. Many thanks in advance for any info.

Hi Guys, I am the proud owner of a 1997 dispatch 1.9 N/A which I have been prepping for my fishing trips. So far I have serviced it, put a new timing belt, water pump and idler gears on. A new alternator tensioner and a set of new door locks. My next challenge which I am part way through is fitting all round central locking with a combined alarm system. It seems never ending but strangely enjoyable. I have owned 2 previous Citroens, a CX which sadly failed to rise to the occasion one day and a ZX which was taken out by a red light jumper. No photos yet but will post in the Dispatch section soon.

Hi guys, as seems the norm the drivers seat on my dispatch has worn through. Can anyone let me know what other seats from other citroens will fit please.
