  1. Hi Thank you so much for this information. I have looked at the other topics you sent links for and they are very interesting. I am going to contact Citroen and see if I can get help with the parts I have paid out for. In the meantime could you tell me how I go about doing the link to this topic from the other Picasso forum please. I have discovered today that the new pump does work, I seem to now have a problem with the ECU. I have removed the ECU and tested the circuit. I have power coming to the main plug and I then powered the relevant two pins which go direct to the pump and away it went so I know that there is nothing wrong with the loom and the brand new pump I fitted works. This means that the ECU is at fault. I would advise people to be very careful and make sure that the car is properly checked and do not assume that the pump has failed straight away because it may not be the case. Unless the checks that I have done are carried out, then you could pay out for a new pump which is not necessary. By the way, I still do not know where the relay is!!.
  2. Hi here is an update Today I fitted the new pump I received from Germany but (surprise) it won't work because there is no power to it. They supplied me with a separate relay, but I still don't know where to fit it? I am getting more and more frustrated. I cannot find any answer. People tell me different things but everywhere they say to look produces no results. Somebody out there must know where this relay is situated. Please HELP. Paul
  3. Thank you for your response. I have looked in both of those areas you mention and I cannot find the relay at all. I have looked on other forums and typed the question into Google and other search engines and cannot find any information. I rang a local Citroen dealer and they said it was part of the pump, but the pump I have been supplied with comes complete with a separate relay so it cannot be part of the pump otherwise it would be in there already. Knowing that the suspension is a common problem with these C4's it seems very strange that no-one seems to know or publish anything about this mystery relay!!! Paul
  4. Hi there I am new to this site. I have a Citroen C4 Picasso 2.0 HDI Exclusive 2007. The rear suspension has failed and I have ordered new parts. The new pump has arrived and has a separate relay for the compressor included with it. Unfortunately they did not give me a diagram as to where the relay is situated and I want to replace it tomorrow. Can anyone help me please? The Haynes Manual does not give any info on the air suspension or the electric handbrake and the Emanual I bought is a lot more helpful, I got a wiring diagram but still do not know the location of this relay. Cheers Paul
