hi all , just an update for the record, thank god for these forums, its given me a valuable credible chance since day 1 that I am telling the truth about a ring of crooks, papers finally in court, to recap car was sorn 16 of last month, offerd 4 times for moto novo to have car checked, no reply, still of last Saturday 18/07/15 this piece of crap is still showing more faults, car is in storage and its started on a Saturday to charge battery, as worried it wont be able to move when needed, air con has stopped working, audio recording done on engine, 1 min its sound bad the next its seems it ready to blow apart, talk about a bag of nails last time it was used . cause I was desperate to get a months shopping, went to morrisons Walsall, going dow m6 just past Hilton services on the hill just past the 54 and god almighty the cruise control came on , it was showing 50 that was a load of crap more like 70, point is it took all my nerve to get it under control, what ever them bodgers at s c motorsales done, baxxxxxx, did invite sentinel from stoke, the sun newspaper, bbc watchdog , and even a couple of the more famous motoring mags to come to court and do a write up of the scams of these professional crxxxx about a cat bought at auction given a bent mot and finance by a company in Cardiff, ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU CITROEN OWNERS CLUB HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE ELSE AVOID THE 7/8 MONTHS OF HELL I HAVE HAD TO INDURE

hi thanks for reply , for 5mth and 3weeks exactly to the day, never ever worked, not even speed limiter, also in this area intermittent behaviour on stalks, a local garage that done diagnostic's did comment the main ecu, contols every command????? , and could be the cause, funny enough on the night AA transported car back home, while plugging in his diagnostic machine, he went to have a look under bonnet, he found a few nuts lying behind engine cover, there was 3 in total, had someone done some work or done something???/ I had completely forgot about this, I really appreciate some feedback, even fox moulder and scully ,lol couldn't tell me what the history of this car, or what as been done prior to sale. thanks again

thanks for interest, like me when I first saw the lemon . could not believe exterior condition , all original, crookloc box in boot cargo net, 2 sets of keys, privacy blinds, that must have cost previous owner a few bob, so when the croxx persuaded me not to have a full aa inspection, it took me eyes off the ball,so when the lemon started showing her true colours nobody was more gutted than I , after I had searched for a low mileage fsh, car with all the original accessories, its 5 months since the nightmare started, I have always been ocd and ott, with my cars, I even started having doubt's that all the garages were finding or making work for themselves, but this is actually the opposite , it a lot more serious, I have checked and double checked, all the accusations made , was there an element of good old fashion wear and tear, not in the slightest. this was a full con job, funny enough when car was on ramp and I was shown sized handbrake callipers, I am going to digress , I used to live in a place next to the river down by bewdley in worc's, anyway lots of flooding, all our cars would stand in water for even weeks at a time, so point I am making is it was like de ja vu , looking at underbody you'd think water , looking around thee car rusty nuts on one part of the component, but perfectly new looking on the top???????? am I being paranoid , I hope so . anyway is this a case s c motorsales have polished the proverbial turd , yea and they sold it to me. also it seems I am trying to prove how fair I am and really not exaggerating, in fact always the opposite why because I am finding it really hard to deal with this, the stress is really getting to me , and that croxxx is still selling cars and making money at the expense of people funny thing if you search for this car dealer there are 2 addresses 1 in duke st 1 in china st fenton but looking on Google earth its the same place, front or back , why I have no idea, maybe this where he hides the garage that I was told the first weeks was somewhere else in stoke ?

good morning, bringing up to date Latest, but first did I mention just in case , I cancelled a new Motability car week before I was conned by a croxxx, buying this car. I have had no reply from dealer and won't. Finance company are ignoring the truth and failing to act in any way , that aside I need a car so like an old fool TOOK IT TO BE REPAIRED, blooming handbrake broke. sized solid eventually got it off and drove 2 mile down the road to MR TYRE at Stafford. had 2 new tyres fitted to replace the 2 advisories on last 2 mot's. show's how good our mots are . God I nearly dropped down dead the condition of front disc's and pads . how a main dealer allowed me to take a car back on the road after confirming they had done the back brakes/ and given my Picasso a health check, won't use a main dealer again, MORALE of the story ask to see all work done and parts replaced before putting your licence and live at risk driving on the road. replaced front disc's and pads . FORGOT to mention its difficult for me to write coherently when a persons upset so hope you will understand, ALSO big point here don't kid your self you can release handbrake callipers with fluid or any other form of brute force, its futile do the sensible thing tighten your stomach and pay for new parts its the sensible thing, mine were £240 fitted, and of course I took photographs and kept all the parts, so I can show the judge who I am sure will decide in preference to honesty and not 2 firms who abuse the law, yes I am dreaming. lol what's next well still outstanding is cruse control. water pump cam belts etc IT will be one hell of a motor if completed WHATS SO SAD IS IF THESE CROXXX ARE NOT PUNISHED, AND I AM NOT PREPARED TO BREAK THE LAW AND TAKE A BAXXXXXX BAT AND WHICH IS WHAT THIS BIG PIECE OF XXXX DESERVES. Replaced and also the system fluid, front pads are on 5mm, anyway motonova finance have bent over backwards to help, like hell still waiting for an outcome, guess what, yep more woe is me the lemon started developing sounds, start up the lemon sounded like a bag of nails, so back down to wr davies done a physical check but couldn't say for defitant , conclusion poss bottom pulley alternator belt , " bring it in " we take it apart, couldn't even get a ball park figure for job, as luck would have it saved by the bell lol ran out of money,so cancelled app. as I am new to Stafford , spotted taxi firm westside taxi's been using these Picasso's on their fleet for years, go figure if these don't know the in and outs of a Picasso, , anyway they had a gander and weren't too sure either, but as luck would rear its head again the lemon came true, jesus the racket it was making during that week so took it straight back to CAR AND RALLY SERVICES BROWNING ST STAFFORD, and they were brillian had it on the ramps and were positive its the bloody water pump, so its water pump, cam belt all the bits that require replacement, quoted £365 all in what a great price, BBBBut no money to pay so the lemon is sitting in the road again till I get the money , so got on the blower to motanova finance , zilch what a great bunch they ain't as for sc carsales what a result for him flogging me a big lemon

since yesterday going through history of mot's, thanks again Moderator, 2 identical items in advisors have appeared relating to rear tyres , different test sites, different ends of the country 2013. 2014 , this is down to me for not picked up these items, 2014 should have been rectified by the scum who sold me the car, but I missed these , so only myself to blame, but is proving consistant with believe that all or most of these faults were known to the garage, In relation to seeking help for being done. chances are minimal of getting any monies, also 1 more chance to mention motanova finance 13 emails sent regarding these problems, what a firm, SORRY IF THIS ALL MAKES BORING READING IF YOUR LOOKING THROUGH THIS.
