  1. This is a strange one. I've had my C5 3 months and whilst i think the doors were unblemished when i bought it they now have paints chips along the edge of the door, this is mirror imaged (although not as bad) where the door closes against the car. Also at the top of the frame where the corner of the door sits, there is marking to suggest the door is rubbing against the doorframe. Both front doors feel solid and have no excessive give in to suggest a problem with the hinges. I am going to Citroen tomorrow but would love to have any suggestions you guys may have, so i can have a bit of back up in case they try to fob me off with my warranty. Many thanks Tracey
  2. Never did get around to doing this, funny how soon you learn to live with something :)
  3. Thanks guys. It was a Citroen dealer and the car is due to booked in to have a few niggles ironed out soon, so i shall certainly ask. You know what's like with a new car, you want it sorted now! :) I will update when i find out, so it can hopefully help someone else. Thanks again.
  4. Hi Guys I'm new here, so hi all! I have just bought my 2011 tourer and would like to replace or spray the swishy silver door finishings on each door and also the auto gear surround (with money box and ashtray in). I'm finding it quite difficult to google the info that i need, so hope you guys can help. Is it possible to remove these door trimmings or are they only replaceable with a complete door card? Also, the gear surround, looks a bit daunting getting that out, has anyone tried it or heard of being done? Many thanks in advance. Tracey
