Tried the reset all still the same :(

you cant open any other door apart from drivers door and the boot, the child lock light is on you can hear a clunk when you use the remote but this does not open anything,

My daughters 54 plate c3 has a problem with the deadlocks 3 out of the 5 doors will open the boot opens drivers door opens but now and again you have to wind down the window and put key in the lock from the inside and open the door, the child lock light is on all the time as well , any ideas please thanks
