Simple question, is there supposed to be a cover over the suspension pipe work at the rear of the car under the boot? I'm surprised if there isn't supposed to be one as it's pretty exposed otherwise..... If so is there a part number? Thanks

The solenoid from the back of the high pressure pump, simply how can you check it works? What should it do? what (if anything) should move I was told it should click when attached to a 12v supply can anyone confirm?

Thanks for the help Paul, it's really appreciated! One thing I'm slightly confused on, why is it some fault codes have multiple meaning? i.e. other sources indicate P1112 can be Intake temp sensor low voltage OR Low diesel pressure should I ignore the second option and focus on the first as posted in the fault code section? If the MAF wasn't working would it not just run in limp home mode? rather than stall? Looking at P1537 and the IMRC looks to be a flap that opens/closes depending on the fuel/air mixture of the engine therefore if it was broken or stuck maybe it could starve the engine of oxygen and then cut out? does that sound logical?

Hi Guys, If got a problem with my C5 2.0 HDI 8v. It comes up with an engine management light and the anti pollution fault when starting and will tick over fine. The engine is not in limp home mode but at about 3,000rpm the engine cuts out. I had the codes read and initially had..... P1112 P0115 P1537 P0571 P1138 P0110 Then had them cleared and P1112 reappeared I've tried a couple of things but to no avail, any ideas what's up? Thanks
