So yesterday was a hot day and was great for a drive. Since I was in derby I thought I'd take the C3 into the Peak District and enjoy the roads and the car itself. Since it was hot I put the air conditioning on full blast, only a few moments later I hear a noise as if stones or debris was hitting a fan of some discription. I immediately turn off the air con and the clattering stops, however the air con now makes the whole car vibrate and a loud droning noise each time it's at full chat. My first thought is a fan may have broke, it doesn't need regasing since it still functions as it should bar the annoying vibration. Can anyone help? My car is a 2003 Citroen C3 1.4HDI 70.
