  1. I will have to try replacing that sensor also, for now we didn't make any progress...the misfiring is still here...and what is really anoying when I take it to repair shop it works perfectly...when I get it back it starts to misbehave...
  2. Hello and thanks for advice. Codes are: P1338, P1340 and P1336 wich means misfire in cylinders number 2 and number 4, and third code is telling that there is a fault on more than one cylinder. So I was told. I dont have any more patience to go to the authorised service, so the car is going tomorrow at the shop which I know for long time and I believe that they will see for certain what is the problem. I will tel them to check the crank sensor. Thnks for advice. I will post the results here for future notice.
  3. Thanks for welcome and for the link...I see that this will be a lots of fun repairing the problem...
  4. Hello guys, Nice to see such a nice forum. I am here for sharing expirences and information about the C5. Previously I owned C4 1,6 HDi VTR, and from last january I own a white C5 156THP Tendance. It has been a pleasure driving it, but not really since last month. I am having problems with THP engine, misfiring and engine repair error, as in many cases. We are trying the usual easy fixes such as sparks, coils, fuel aditives, but it seems that everything leads to dirty inlet valves. I will try to browse this forums for similar experiences, if you have a link to a such thread I would be thankful for it. Also, I own a Peugeot 106 Rallye S2 as a runaraound.. Best regards..
