Finally fixed after sourcing a new fuel regulator thanks for the help guys Lessons learned for me 1:- diagnose with lexia first 2: Should have removed the inlet manifold as this would have revealed the large amout of fuel and petrol which blackened the inlet manifold and port would have saved me a fair bit of money bit swapping and guessing Also discovered to my disgust the lack of support from Peugeot Citroen around making parts for this car anymore Regards Aron

Also ran live diags on the rail yesterday was fine then when the car warmed up the pressure went up to 140 and that's when the engine cut out

Thanks guys ordered the sensor finding it difficult to find a regulator, why is it so difficult to find spares Citroen have stopped making certain parts for this engine ie the regulator

Thanks for the help Plugged the lexia in today theses are the faults it is showing me Fuel Pressure regulation efficiency drop P1294 engine speed 2463 rpm coolent temp 82 deg c engine load 3nm rail pressure 141 bars P1297 engine speed 706 rpm coolent temp 78 deg c engine load 14nm rail pressure 71 Any help much appreciated im pulling my hair out with this now Regards Aron

It starts up no problem run nice until the temp reaches have way then it cuts out and gives a service light

Brought a 2000 c5 from an old friend hardly used and garaged only has 6k miles got engine problems
