Hi guys ive got a 2004 picasso xsara 2.0 hdi, and i suspect my inlet manifold and egr is clogged up. How easy is it to remove the egr and manifold to give it a good clean. I found the egr is at the bulk head and looks like a nightmare. My reason for cleaning is because i think my vacuum manifold is sticking now and again. One minute my mpg is doing 40mpg and the next its doing 30mpg. When the mpg drops the car is feeling very sluggish. Ive replaced the maf so ive tried that option any help that would be great gav
