I own a 2000 citroen synergie exclusive, 2.0 hdi 8 valve. I also have a 2000 hdi peugeot 806 (that one is going soon), and I've previously owned a 2000 hdi synergie, and a 2001 806 hdi 16 valve. Im in south Wales uk

Hi Paul, ran a 12v supply to it,it spun once and stopped. Checked the wiring to the fan with a test bulb and there's power going to it.looks like the fan is dodgy. Just wondering if it's worth the effort to change it as it doesn't overheat. Has anyone on here changed one? Thanks John

Hi, Thanks for the reply, It's the radiator fan,the heater fan is fine. Does anyone know where the relevant relay is situated?

Hi all, I have a 2.0 hdi 8 valve synergie the temperature warning light is flashing when the air con is on,I've investigated and the fan is not running at all.car doesn't overheat.is it a big job to change the fan?,or should I not worry about it and just switch off the aircon (when the light goes out) Thanks John

The 806 and ulysses are essentially the same, if you had an 806 2.0 hdi i would assume it would fit
