When you installed the Diaga Box software did you have the Lexia plugged in to the laptop. If not the software will not have loaded the drivers for the Lexia.

Hello to all Ciroen owners out there. I have a 2015 C4 Picasso Exclusive+. My last car was a C3 Picasso I was delighted with that but needed a little more space. In the early 80's I had a GSA great little car never gave any trouble would love another. So far this C4 has been very good over the time I have had her she has averaged 47 to the gallon diesel. The only complaint I have is the sat nav will not take post codes and the opening tailgate will only open with the fob when it feels like it. But as of yet I have not been back to the dealer to see if there is a fix. Cheerio for now.
