Advice needed again!!! a hissing noise has developed from behind the engine, somewhere near the end of the pipe that comes out of the egr valve to the left. Only under acceleration in normal driving conditions. I've poked my hand behind and comes out with black exhaust gas on. will it be that pipe or something else.? also, best procedure to replace

Anyone know how easy/difficult it is to take injector no1 out to replace the copper washers? Any tips etc ?
