Hi New to this site and new to Citroen. I have recently bought a C5 estate - quite high mileage. Drove approximately 1200 miles and lost all hydraulic oil resulting in no suspension. I put the car in garage and was told the steering rack was the problem and would need to be replaced, picked up the car yesterday having been told that it was ready, only to be informed that there was an electrical fault which they could not fix. This fault was causing lack of power intermittently when driving, also the engine management light was on as well as several other warning lights, along with the lights and wipers coming on of their own accord whilst the car was parked and locked. I have now placed the car with an auto electrician who as cured most of the faults other than the loss of power. I wish I had seen this site before now. Having read various threads could the fault on my car be caused by a faulty battery ? HELP please
