Hi I have a 2002 Citroen Xsara (Not Picasso) and I have a lot of problems with the heater blower. It started around a year ago working only on full speed, even when i turned the fan off. Then it suddenly worked again for a few months then it was back with the same problem again. I then search around and decided to change the resistor in the blower, that made the blower only go on full speed and off. Some sort of progress... Today I installed a new control panel because a mechanic did a test and it said it was some sort of a switch. However same problem again. The fan also dont always turn on the same time I turn the switch to full, it can happen instantly or it could take up to 3-4 min(or even longer) Any thoughts? Thank you! -Fredrik
