  1. Morning all I am trying to solve a constant oil leak from the top end of my 2009 C4 Grand Picasso 1.6 HDI. I am planning on changing the intake manifold oil seals but am concerned about taking the injectors out to remove the manifold as I recently had the injector seals replaced and dont really want to disturb them How easy is it to remove the manifold. can it come off without removing the injectors, and are the fuel lines a difficult job. Any pointers would be appreciated many thanks
  2. Thanks Paul I'll give that a shot
  3. Greetings all. I'm hoping someone has come across this issue before. I have a 2009 C4 Grand Picasso 1.6 HDI. If I have lights switched on then turn off the ignition (Leaving the switch at the on position) after parking up I have no problems as the headlights etc turn off when the ignition is switched off. However If I drive with the lights off, then turn off the ignition after parking up the side lights come on and will stay on indefinitely (to the point they flatten the battery) I am not leaving the indicator switch on as I know this can turn on side lights. Can anyone provide any pointers as to why this is happening. Many thanks in advance
  4. Thanks Paul that's not too far from me
  5. Greetings I'm hoping for a recommendation for a garage in the north east. I have a C4 Grand picasso 1.6 HDi which has a smell of exhaust fumes in the cabin and diesel around no 3 injector. Am I correct in thinking that the injector seal needs replacing (ive tried tightening it down (don't want to tighten it too much in case it damages that threads) but this has not cured it) If so I believe they are a bit of a job to get out. Does anyone have experience of this, and have a recommendation of a garage that knows what its doing in the north east Many thanks
