Multimedia/radio Issues Can't Select Bluetooth From Menu

Hi everyone! Just picked up my 2012 C4 VTR trying to get my phone connected to the Bluetooth but it won't allow me to select the menu for it. It just skips by it. I have a parrot Bluetooth device connected. I was just wondering if this would be over-riding the settings of my radio? I've bought an aux cable for the time being but would really like to get this sorted. It's frustrating. Thanks!
