Hi all, I'm new to this forum and a first time van owner. I own a 2017 (New Shape) Dispatch with the 2.0 120 engine. On buying the van the dealer advised the service intervals were 25000miles or 2 years. However I can not find any maintenance schedule in the manual or service book. Am I missing a book or can I find this somewhere else? I also believe I may have a fault which needs attention and I'm wondering if anybody could help diagnose this. Occasionally on starting the engine and pulling away the van sounds like a milk float in first gear or until about 10mph. This doesn't always happen and I'm trying to figure out he conditions it occurred in. It is however happening around once a week and really doesn't sound right. I'm guessing it could be the oil pump and the noise is metal rubbing on metal? Thanks for your help.
