  1. I'm delighted to have found this site as I had many Citroens in my youth and have a C3 Desire in my retirement. I'm a retired electrician (used to be Young Sparky haha) and bought the C3 for our retirement. Recovering from a stroke, so if I don't always make sense that's why. Safe and enjoyable motoring to all!
  2. Hi Paul, thanks for your reply! I thought it might be possible to get to it from underneath, think my local mechanic was too busy to try. Yes the cable snapped when I went to do my normal checks. Thanks for the information, I'll have my boy look at it the next time he's done.   3. Hi, I have a the above Citroen (55 plate) and it's been a great car for many years. Unfortunately the bonnet catch no longer works and my local mechanic has said it will cause a lot of damage getting in to repair it. I was just wondering if anyone would know a way to release it without causing damage so my son could try and repair it for me. Thank you in advance
