Hi there! Had the same problem. Was not in the manual but found out how to from the dealer. To late for your Italy trip but to change from MPH to KMH all you have to do is hold down the right button on the speedo display for about ten seconds till the MPH starts flashing then press it once and it will change to KMH then leave it and it will stop flashing. To change back just do the same process.
