Guest nffc1 Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 hi all. recently joined. i have a 2001 berlingo 1.9 non turbo van. when it was bought i decided to service it and noticed when removing the air box that there was alot of oil contained in the baffle of the air intake box. this was impossible to move. i bought some engine flush to clean out the sump and used the remainder to see if it would thin the oil in the baffle so it would flow out. the majority has been moved. after completing the service it now billows blue smoke and pops on 3 cylinders. this maybe because it is cold and hasnt been run for months. i have absolutily no idea why it is smoking so much. can anyone point me in the right direction? many thanks.
