C3 Heater Control Panel Fault ( Manual A/c)

Hi all im new to the site. I have a 2003 c3 1.4 hdi. Manual a/c. Problem/ fault i have is the 3 top buttons ( air recirculation, air con and heated rear window)

None of these buttons illuminate when pressed, so hence dont opperate. The heater blower works fine.

I have been a technician for many years, and carried out some electrical checks. Fuses all ok, can even power up hrw through bsi control box via citroen lexia diagnostic tool.

 

I get the impression the heater control panel is faulty 90 percent certain but has any one else encountered this problem???? IS IT THE HEATER PANEL??

I just posted my 'solution' regarding the similar problem I had with mine. Only problem being I stilll don't know how it was so dead and then kicked into life!
