Hi last week i bought a pipercross induction kit from halfords to put on ebay because it was very cheap it is for a c2vtr 1.6 16v but i thought i might try it on my c4 vtr 1.6 16v you guessed it fits like a glove im so happy because i only paid £32 for it so grab one if you can they retail at £88 or so

Anything designed for the 1.6 16v engine should fit.

The 1.6 in the C4 and C2 is basically the same engine as was in the 106 gti and saxo VTS.

Just you can get a pipercross kit for free off them if you leave your car there :)

Just a 1.6 16v TU engine.

Really quite easy to get parts for to tune them to be honest. Get a nice exhuast and ket some cold air fed to that filter and a remap you shoudl be seeing 130ish bhp then.

£260 +VAT and they will come to your house or work and map it there for you.

WIll give a 12bhp gain on its own roughly and iron out all the flat spots and give better response. THey have a money back thing if your not happy with it afterwards you dont pay a thing and they wil change it back to the original map that the car had.

But on various other forums they come highly recommended.

damn you people!!!! I am having to give my credit card to the other half so I dont spend money on the car...

on a random note, how would that affect the warrantee??

Posted

It apparently doesnt affect the warranty according to angel tuning due to the way it is done plus its supposed to be undetectable. :)

And you gave your credit card to the missus?! Well there goes the money anyways lol. Even worse than spending it on the car lol.
