Heater/fan Panel Bulbs

Hi All

 

I posted this question in the general section but have not had any advice so maybe it should be in this section.

 

How do I remove the Heater/Fan control panel to replace one of the bulbs?

 

I have pulled off the three switches but still cannot gain access.

 

Any help appreciated
