hey there iv just recently baught an ax and i was wondering if any 1 had any idea how to lower the rear torsion bar. i possibly need and step by step guide, wiv pics or diagrams. if any 1 knows any thing, let me no. thanks

Yes there is a way but it is not reccomended. Releasing the the main torsion bar bolt on either side, pull apart and lift an exact amount on either side and push back in and tighten...Good luck though, it will last you about 100 miles. :lol: Like I said definately not reccomended. A friend did it and his ax was crabbing all over the place. ;)

 

Alternatively, you can speak to a few tuning firms, plenty around now that deal with saxo's and they can up-rate and

lower the ride height for you with no problems. ;)

hi bahamut_ZERO there is a way of doing it by following this guide you can do it yourself the ax torsionbar is exactly the same as the saxo so should all be pretty strait foward. i woulod sujest drowning your torsionbar in WD40 a few days before your to do the job. here is a complete guide

a word of warning tho if you do this i would recomend uprating your shocks.
