2002 Xsara Engine Turns But Doesn't Fire + Other Problems

My Dad is looking to purchase a 2002 Xsara, the story goes that the vehicle was running fine but performance got worse and worse until some fan stopped working then the vehicle stopped going altogether. As the subject states, the engine turns at this stage but doesn't fire and the electrical windows don't work. Where should a person start looking for the problem? Is the computer box perhaps buggered or something similar?

 

Where could one get a wiring diagram for the vehicle?

Hi you can chech your engine management relay and fusess check also your knock sensor unplug it and remove it check with a multimeter if it hase a ohmige reading if all fails invest in a diagnostic tool hope u come right
