Chenks Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 Trying to fit a kenwood headunit into a 54 plate C3.Bought the appropriate autoleads adaptor which according to autoleads is the PC2-32-4. However when using this adaptor there seems to be something not quite right. The red wire on the adaptor is loose and needs to be manually connected to live (i assume). Having fitted numerous headunits before, i've never come across the situation where the autoleads adaptor wasn't a simple plug and play job. Looking at the original plug, i can clearly see the Live and Earth cables, and when connected direct to the head unit, it does power up. However there is no battery backup connection when this is done (as that cable is in a different location on the standard ISO plug (which is yellow on the ISO, but unknown on the citroen end). Anyone point me in the right direction in getting this working? Quote
