C5 Rt3 Bluetooth

I have searched the forum and EV2 Forum but I can't find the answer, can someone help please?

 

I have just bought an 06 plate C5 with RT3, I updated it today to software 6.63

 

The manual says there is bluetooth but my phone can not find it, is there a way I can tell if I have bluetooth?

 

If there is bluetooth is the NaviDrive to look for the phone or the phone to look for the NaviDrive?

I have an RD 4 radio/cd player in a 2008 model but cant get my phone to pair.

Would be interested to know if theres a way to confirm that the system does actually have the bluetooth option ?

the reply I received from eurovan 2 forum:

Only RT5, RT6 and RNEG does have bluetooth.

Its a shame as they have so many other useful features.

Thanks, that is a shame. The handbook certainly gives the impression that bluetooth is available which is very misleading. Been trying for ages to pair my phone now I know why it wont work !!

I just got a vtr plus 2009 under the impression it had Bluetooth but I can't find any opinion for it even though I have the phone button on the steering wheel how do you tell what model stereo you have and can I get a head unit second hand with Bluetooth and fit it
