Heater Blower/rear Screen Heater

Hi my 1996 2.9 xantia heater blower and rear screen heater have packed up can anyone tell me how to sort this out ?

this is what i have done to try and sort it out

1)checked the fuses and they are fine

2)checked there is power at the fuse box

3)checked brown plug in passenger side footwell

4)checked for power at rear screen heater switch none found

i have not been able to find the power wires for the heater blower switch can anyone tell me where to find them without takeing my dash out also where are the relays if any that control these systems.

Any suggestions as to the cause, (and cure), would be appreciated here or on my thread.
