flitwick Posted June 20, 2006 Posted June 20, 2006 Once again my c3 is spending another day in the garage :( Last month it had the knock senor replaced the turbo presure sensor replaced .Last week it had the fusebox replaced and guess what the engine mangement lights on again This on top of so far this year new rear windscreen ,gearbox selector, new front discs and in 2 and half years of owner ship a total of 14 visits for other odd problems realy shocking build of my c3. Citroen = lemon and i got sold one And with no replys from citroen uk about my problems customer care more like dont care :lol: Quote

I went up to the Citroen Dealer which is 10 miles from me on Thursday it was booked in for 8.30am I was there early. About 8.40 The Head Machanic said oh can you leave the call all day. I said I was told it would only take about 2 hours tops and he said the guy who was going to do my car had to go home and the other Machanic can't do mine for a while. I said look I can wait intill 12 and he oh do you really need the car then I said yes I do. So he said oh you will have to come back up Saturday at 8.30. Which I did and the machanic had it done by 9.30. The Head Machanic has a bad attatuid problem. Quote
flitwick Posted June 27, 2006 Author Posted June 27, 2006 Car fixed at last an d a warning to all of you c3 owners!It turns out that there is a real problem with the c3 window sreen washers leaking leading to water entering the electrics .If thats the case and by all accounts pretty common then why arnt citroen uk recalling or looking into having this work done when the car is serviced?The amount of time ive wasted at my dealer just for a small piece of plastic and a cm of sealer :huh: Fingers crossed im might get to avoid the dealer till the next service Quote
