hertsnminds Posted June 23, 2006 Posted June 23, 2006 The front end spoiler may be great in countries where speed bumps and kerbs do not exist but if you ever have to negotiate one I am sure you would trash the front end. As for multi spoke wheels, great to look at, a real pain to clean (had 12 fin turbine type on a previous car). And if you want a car with a picnic table on the back buy a used Ford Cosworth :D IanBlack 55 VTR+ Quote
wozza Posted June 23, 2006 Posted June 23, 2006 CHF = Switzerland Francs And white wheels on black cars should be avoided they look alright on red cars Though. Not as in your face. But black needs silver or anthracite. White look alright but i would not have them personally bit to loud for me. I like subtle changes. Quote
ham's c4vts Posted June 23, 2006 Author Posted June 23, 2006 yeah no to bothered about body kits on the c4 on that website, but was looking at the alloys love te super t's on this post below. http://www.citroenpicasso.org.uk/citroen/i...03&t=1665&st=15 IMO i like this c4 better than the ones on the start of this post, me want  Quote
wozza Posted June 23, 2006 Posted June 23, 2006 Im considering seeing if i can design a kit myself in 3dstudio or maya etc see what i can come up with. Thinking wider arches with a smooth euro look round the sides and rear with some nice big multispokes slightly dished with a polished lip. I think it could go quite well. Something you can deffinately see thats been done like the wider arches etc but nothing thats takes away from the original lines of the car too much just builds on to them. But it'd take my a bloody age to do it. Have you seen the sbarro C4 though wide arch kitted and they changed the glass sunroof for it to be a convertible. Think it looks lovely myself. Think it would look even better with the door handles taken off and smoothed over and get rid of the rubstrips completely. http://www.auto-motor-und-sport.de/sixcms/media.php/23/02_C4RPUR_450.jpg http://www.auto-motor-und-sport.de/sixcms/media.php/23/04_C4RPUR_450.jpg http://www.auto-motor-und-sport.de/sixcms/media.php/23/03_C4RPUR_450.jpg Quote
wozza Posted June 23, 2006 Posted June 23, 2006 Thats the way a C4 should be styled you can still tell what car it is the original lines are pretty much all there its subtle but at the same time you can look at it and go thats rather heavily modded but it looks like it should be that way. Not just stuck on bits of plastic which try to make the car into something its not. Would love to do something like that to mine but the money involved is rather crazy so doubt that will be happening lol. Would rather just go buy a faster car instead. Quote
Stuey Posted June 24, 2006 Posted June 24, 2006 I thought the basic model was wide enough at the back... Quote
Ciaran2903 Posted June 24, 2006 Posted June 24, 2006 The glass comes out. Not sure that i like it from the back. Love in from every other angle! Quote
