C4VTS Posted July 12, 2006 Posted July 12, 2006 Is the C4 Coupé more common than the 5 door Hatchback? Is a C4 Diesel more common than the Petrol C4 equivalent ? All will be revealed in this Poll  Thanks to Mat for the Inspiration to create this Poll B) Quote
wozza Posted July 13, 2006 Posted July 13, 2006 Coupe petrol for me please. Dont see many coupe's on the road but i see a fair amount of 5 doors though. Quote
hertsnminds Posted July 13, 2006 Posted July 13, 2006 You should maybe cross reference this poll with the age of owners. I suspect younger owners SINKies and DINKies (single/dual income no kiddies) will tend to opt for coupes and those with kids/grandkids and more than 1 friend  will go for the extra doors. Ciaran2903 Posted July 13, 2006 Posted July 13, 2006 Coupe, petrol. I have seen more hatches to be honest! Quote
bigrob Posted July 13, 2006 Posted July 13, 2006 Coupe, Diesel. I also have seen (realtively) lots of 5 doors, not many coupes. Still a fairly rare sight to see either though. Quote
barns Posted July 14, 2006 Posted July 14, 2006 opposite around here loads of 3 doors.3 on same road? and a nice vtr+ across the way on a building site in wicked red, all that dust has knackered paint on it 05 plate looking rough......... Must admit the c4 is getting a bit more popular round here see alot more of em when out and about,Get rid of the kids and labrador and it would be a wicked red 3 door for me minimum 1.6 but shame there's nothing a bit bigger...... Quote
wozza Posted July 14, 2006 Posted July 14, 2006 bit bigger in what way? 180bhp engine not big enough...if not stick a turbo to it! Quote
barns Posted July 14, 2006 Posted July 14, 2006 how about a v6 to give it some real grunt.large unit like a 2.6 v6 might be crap on the juice but in a light body would be worth a blast in as long as it could handle corners....... Quote
wozza Posted July 14, 2006 Posted July 14, 2006 just take the already exsisting 3.0 V6 it could proably be shoehorned under the bonnet. if you can get one in the front of a 106 with work i dont see why you could not get one into a C4. Quote
Mat Posted July 14, 2006 Posted July 14, 2006 If you want to feel power, spend two days driving round an L-reg Ford Transit with some heavy gear in the back. Then jump into your C4. It feels like a racing car!! Quote
C4VTS Posted July 14, 2006 Author Posted July 14, 2006 My neighbours both have Picasso's, and we are not talking oil paintings  I might see one other C4 in a week on my daily commute. Quote
