Headlight Warning Alarm Has Died

Hi folks,

 

When I take out the keys and leave the lights on, the buzzer doesn't sound. Rather there's a clicking, maybe two clicks a second from the fuse box area. All the fuses are sound and everything else electrical is working fine.

 

any ideas?
